Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at threads.and.things2025@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the item and your order number, and we'll make it right.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or custom orders.
